Cost:

Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging costs. Ideally, manufacturers will send 1-3 representatives and each participant is asked to bring eye and ear protection. The hosts will provide everything else at no cost to the participants. Literature or other "swag" may be distributed, but is not expected.

 


Travel and Lodging:

Nashville (BNA) and Chattanooga (CHA) airports are convenient for commercial flights and car rental. Manchester is within one hour of the Nashville airport.  Several small general aviation airports are nearby for private pilots.

Arrangements can be made to ship larger weapons or gear to a local FFL, if necessary, at no charge.

Rooms are available at several local hotels ranging from $45 to $129.

Facility:

There will be two firing lines live at the same time.  One provides targets at 25-75 yards for pistols and carbines.  The other will provide targets at varied ranges to over 400 yards. 

Refreshments and catered lunch will be provided on site.  Dinner, with time for casual conversation, will be hosted at the nearby historic High Point restaurant in Monteagle.

 


Weather:

The one variable that can never be controlled is the weather, so the event will proceed rain or shine. Covered shooting positions and staging areas will be provided.
